Strawberry Cheesecake by Chief Na-narin:)

Let enjoy to make the cold strawberry cheesecake!

it's first time to make cheesecake.

My friends,Rose teach me all how to make..

it's my favorite cake.

Use only about an hour for all done.

No baking & cooking needed. Very easy to make & trust me its yummy!!

• Digestive Biscuits
• Butter
• Cream Cheese
• Condensed milk
• Cream
• Vanilla
• Strawberry jam
• Gelatin powde

How to make :

1. Combine biscuit & melted butter.

2. Press mixture into a bottom loose cake tin.

3. Place in fridge for 10 minutes.

4. Using a food processor, beat cream cheese,condensed milk,cream and vanilla powder until smooth.

5. Stir the melted gelatine into the cream cheese mixture & spoon over the biscuit.

6. Beat the strawberry jam until smooth put over the the cream cheese.

7. Decorate with fresh strawberry. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until completely set.

So,It 's not difficult,right? LOL.

who studied in MBA. together for 2 years on 19 March 2010.

I'm lucky to have many nice friends,

Although we known each another not so long

but it likes as we know long time.

Studying,Doing report&work,Eating,Travelling

..so on and so on..

That was a lovely time that I got.

• the Offshore Superboat Championships 2010,
• many the $aus1 million superboats come to race.
• For this event has once a year in Townsville.
• it don't have like this in Thailand.
• we will have only the Jet ski Racing in Pattaya.
