It is a place where i come to be a student again...

I remember,i came to Australia on 21 March,2010

Go to enroll to TAFE on 28 March,2010 and got in to Level 2 <This program will enable students of non English speaking backgrounds with intermediate English proficiency to develop the language and literacy skills required to undertake further education and training, seek and maintain employment and to participate in the community.>

Start to study on 13 April,2010

Full time student : 9 am.-3 pm. on Tue,Wed and Thursday...

For me, it not to early to start to study....

i'd like to study quickly as it's possible..

and then i can work quickly whenever i can.

I leave home every morning with John and Mint

• Take Ferry together.

Distance from HQ to TAFE is 1.7 km. about 19 mins by walk

would like to wear high heel shoes that i like to wear, But can not do that:(

In my class,have many international students.

some students come from China,Vietnam,Indonesia,Afarica...

Hope i will pass this Level quickly and go into Level 3 and 4.

after that i will be in the qualification to apply the job....

Ever leave from your lovely daughter who live together almost 18 years.!!!

One day,they will start to be adult....they have to leave for have their life.

Now i knew the feeling very well.

Although the girls are adult ,but for parents "They still be their girls"

After i leave from my daugther who select to study at BUIC ,

have the subject whice she like to study in Thailand.

and don't have in Jame Cook University,Townsville campus in Australia.

First sour orange curry in Australia :)

"Gaeng Som Mu Kub Man Ted"

Sour Curry, or "Gaeng Som" as the Thais call,

it is one of my favourite recipes.

Some people call it yellow curry.

Ganeg Som is made from an "orange" paste

that can be bought in most markets,

be made freshly in Thailand.

Well, now I am in Australia,

but it is not hard to find for cooking also...

although don't have fresh turmeric,

but i can use turmeric powder instead of the fresh one..

and test nice also.Try it:)

Ingredients

• pork 1/4 Kilo(a little bit fat with pork is nice: i like abit fat on pork)
• Dry Chilli (small size) - 8 chillies
• sweet potato 1 fruit
• tamarind Syrup 4 ladlefuls/cups
• turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
• lamon 1/2 friut
• fish sauce 3 teaspoons
• sugar plam 2 picees
• garlic about 5-6 roots
• shrimp paste whice i bought from asian supermarket in Town 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

• Put water to the pot about 2 cups bring to a boil add the paste,

  sugar, fish sauce,tamarind water and lamon juice then bring in to a boil again

• Add pork and boil until pork is tender . then add sweet potato to cook until they are cooked.

"This curry is quite hot.

Adjust seasonings to a balance of salty-sour-hot by adding more tamarinwater, fish sauce, or chile to your taste. This is served with steamed jasmine rice.It’s very nice"

Have to wake up in the morning for feed them.

This is the one they like to eat very much....

They are crazy about it...

They are not with me now ...

they are with my daugther in BKK.

Miss them.

Now they grown up very quickly

Open my refrigerator...don't have some coriander...

so however i have to use some coriander for cooking..

Decide to walk to supermarket near my house """ food work""

i fond them...but God!!! about $5

so expensive !!!

i can buy some only 5-10 baht in Thailand ...

today in my garden, i have already some coriander and many Thai herbs.:)

Holy Brasil,Sweet Brasil,Snake Bean,Lemon glass,and coriander.....will have chilly soon.
