- pork 1/4 Kilo(a little bit fat with pork is nice: i like abit fat on pork)
- Dry Chilli (small size) - 8 chillies
- sweet potato 1 fruit
- tamarind Syrup 4 ladlefuls/cups
- turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- lamon 1/2 friut
- fish sauce 3 teaspoons
- sugar plam 2 picees
- garlic about 5-6 roots
- shrimp paste whice i bought from asian supermarket in Town 1/2 teaspoon
Put water to the pot about 2 cups bring to a boil add the paste,
sugar, fish sauce,tamarind water and lamon juice then bring in to a boil again
Add pork and boil until pork is tender . then add sweet potato to cook until they are cooked.

Adjust seasonings to a balance of salty-sour-hot by adding more tamarinwater, fish sauce, or chile to your taste. This is served with steamed jasmine rice.It’s very nice"
